The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days but there may be delays due to invalid addresses.
The standard Processing time is 7 to11 business days.
Free standard shipping on all orders in UAE. All orders in UAE are delivered within 7 to 11 business days, excluding Fridays and major holidays.
Holiday shipping information
Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day and other public and religious holidays), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period 11 to 20 days + Public holiday period)

REFUND, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Cancellation requests for personalized orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an 50% cancellation fee. This is a common carrier fee for package interception.
If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping. Some products may be subject to an additional 50% restocking fee. In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 5-7 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.
If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.
